Delivery

• Free to mainland UK, with no minimum order.
• Delivery time: 8 to 14 working days.
• Our sofas and armchairs are delivered compressed in a compact box that fits up stairwells, into lifts and through standard doors.
• Once your order has shipped, you receive an email with your tracking number.
• We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands, the Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

Cancellation and returns

• Statutory 14-day right to cancel from receipt of the goods – see our right to cancel page.
• On top of that, we offer a voluntary returns period of 30 days in total from receipt of the goods – see our returns policy.
• We cover the cost of returns. We collect unpacked sofas and armchairs from your home by arrangement.
