1. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHT TO CANCEL
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Maison Forma, Yoann Bourin EI, 11 Rue des Archers, 51200 Épernay, France, phone: +44 7458 107 257, email: contact@maisonforma.uk) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
We will bear the cost of returning the goods. Goods that cannot normally be returned by post because of their nature (unpacked sofas and armchairs) will be collected from your home by arrangement.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

2. OUR VOLUNTARY 30-DAY RETURNS PERIOD
In addition to your statutory right to cancel, we give you a voluntary returns period of 30 days in total from the day you receive the goods. Within this period, you can return the goods without giving any reason, on the same terms as the statutory right to cancel (return costs, refund). This does not affect your statutory right to cancel or your other statutory rights.
How to return an item
1. Email us at contact@maisonforma.uk with your order number.
2. We send you the return address and instructions. For unpacked sofas and armchairs, we arrange a collection from your home.
3. We refund you using your original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of your proof of return.
Please note: an unpacked sofa cannot be compressed again. Please keep the box and the protective film if you can, but returns are accepted without the original packaging.
3. DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, please email us at contact@maisonforma.uk with your order number and a few photos. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply: within 30 days of delivery you can reject faulty goods for a full refund; after that, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that is not possible, to a price reduction or a refund.
We pay the cost of returning faulty goods and arrange the collection of large items.
Please report visible transport damage to the driver at delivery if possible. Your statutory rights remain unaffected if you do not.
