Shipping policy

Delivery area
We deliver to addresses in mainland Great Britain (England, Wales and mainland Scotland). We currently do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands (including the Hebrides, Orkney and Shetland), the Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
If you enter an address in an area we do not serve, we will contact you and refund your order in full.

Delivery costs
Delivery is free for all orders, with no minimum order value. Fabric samples are sent in a tracked envelope.

Delivery time
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery then takes 7 to 12 working days. Total delivery time: 8 to 14 working days from your order confirmation.
If we cannot deliver within 30 days of the contract, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Tracking
After you order, you receive an order confirmation by email. When your order ships, you receive a second email with your tracking number.

How we deliver
Our sofas and armchairs are delivered compressed in a compact box that fits through doors, hallways and stairwells. Delivery is to your door; the carrier may vary depending on the weight, quantity and availability. The box can be heavy: please plan for two people to carry it inside.

Import charges
Your order is shipped from France with all import formalities handled by us. There are no customs duties, import VAT or clearance fees to pay on delivery.

Payment methods
You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout: debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Payment is taken when you place your order. Pay-later or instalment options, where offered, are provided by third-party providers under their own terms and are subject to eligibility.

Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). There are no delivery charges.
